Integral to the service that we offer is being able to provide a 24 hour help line so that wearers of MonitorGO®, and their families, can be reassured that if something happens there is ALWAYS someone at the end of the phone to help them. The provider of this service has a great responsibility so we knew we had to work with a provider that has a great deal of experience and expertise in this area.

We found exactly that in Medvivo Ltd, a telecare provider that was formed from a merger between 3 established telehealth and telecare companies in 2013. Not only do they have the infrastructure to be able to manage the call process, their staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate and are committed to helping people who may find themselves in a distressing situation.

Unlimited access to the Medvivo 24/7 Help Line is included in the MonitorGO® system package. You can call it from your list of contacts and it is the default responder in the case of fall detection and unconsciousness alert (you need to know that someone will be there to answer the call if you are not able to operate the device yourself due to unconsciousness or injury).

How much MonitorGO® does cost?

The device costs £199 plus a monthly fee of £30 which covers ongoing network provision and access to the Medvivo 24/7 help line. For full details see MonitorGO® pricing.
